AS A BUYER:
- Search for properties free of charge.
- Contact sellers free of charge.
- Find a broker to help you buy a property.
- Search for properties by Keywords or property ID.
- View sold/leased properties.
- Contact Sellers or their representatives directly.
AS A SELLER:
- List your property.
- Fill out a form about your property and upload pictures.
- A map will be presented displaying the location of your property.

AFTER THE SIX MONTH PERIOD:
- You will be under no obligation to continue your subscription.

- You can have a membership as low as $79.96 per monthper office:
Package 1: $99.95per month per office for a commitment of 6 months ($599.70).
Package 2: $89.96per month per office for a commitment of 12 months ($1079.46).
Package 3: $79.96per month per office for a commitment of 24 months ($1919.04).
You will be able:

- You can Print Brochure of a property to fax it, window display it, mail it, or email it.

- You can have a membership as low as $ 7.49 per month per property:
Package 1: $19.95per month per property.
Package 2: $16.65per month per property for a commitment of 3 months ($49.95).
Package 3:$ 7.49 per month per property for a commitment of 12 months ($89.95).

BUY POINTS FOR YOUR PROPERTY OR COMPANY
- We offer you the chance to highlight your company or property and raise it above others by buying points.
- Each point is worth $1 and when you secure 1 point to your company or property then it will be moved above all others with 0 points.
- If you buy another point then your company or property will move higher than other companies or properties with 0 point and 1 point, and so on.
- Each point has a validity of 6 months.
- You can allocate points to companies and properties as you wish.
- Once a point is allocated, it cannot be shifted to another company or property.
